Who to contact
BrindleMint Studio serves US small businesses remotely. For questions about your information, email brindlemint@outlook.com.
What we collect
The project form asks for your package preference, business name, contact name, email, optional phone, service area, goals, domain preference, and any notes you choose to include. It also records your acceptance of our terms. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government IDs, or sensitive customer data.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, confirm scope and timing, send an invoice, and provide the agreed service. We do not sell your inquiry data or add you to marketing emails just because you contact us. We share project information only where needed to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or protect against abuse.
The services involved
- FormSubmit processes the form submission and forwards it by email. Your submitted data passes through its service. Read the FormSubmit privacy policy before using the form, or email us directly instead.
- Microsoft Outlook handles email sent to our studio inbox.
- PayPal handles invoices and payments on its own service. We do not collect your card number on this website.
- Google Fonts supplies our web fonts. Loading them sends a request, including standard connection information such as an IP address, to Google. Your browser uses fallback fonts if they cannot load.
- Website hosting providers may process standard request logs, including IP addresses, to serve and secure the website.
These providers may process data outside your state or country under their own policies. The studio site does not currently include advertising pixels, embedded calendars, or visitor analytics. Campaign tracking offered to clients is a separate project feature, not active tracking on this website.
Cookies and local storage
Our own site code does not set analytics or advertising cookies or use local storage. External services you visit or submit to, including FormSubmit and PayPal, may use their own cookies or verification tools. Browser and hosting behavior can also involve technical storage outside our site code.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep inquiries while they are useful for the conversation and normally remove unconverted inquiry records within 12 months. We retain active project, payment, and contractual records for service, accounting, and legal obligations. Ask us to review, correct, or delete your information by email; some required records may need to be retained.
Your choices
You can email us instead of using the form. Ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you further. We may need to verify that a request relates to you without asking for unnecessary sensitive documents.
A note on security
We use reasonable precautions, but no website or email service can promise absolute security. Share only what we need to discuss your project. This service is for business inquiries, not intended for children.
Changes
We update this page when our data practices change. A client website needs its own accurate privacy notice based on the services it actually uses; this notice describes the BrindleMint Studio sales site.
